Delete your account & data
This page explains how to request deletion of your Monasbati account and associated data. NovaVantage Innovations operates the platform on Monasbati's behalf; deletion requests go to Monasbati, at the address below.
Effective date: 21 July 2026How to request deletion
- Email us at support@mail.monasbati.net from the email address associated with your account.
- Use the subject line “Delete my account” and include the name and phone number on your Monasbati account so we can verify your identity.
- We will verify your request and permanently delete your account, typically within 30 days.
What data is deleted
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number, city/region, gender, date of birth, and profile photo).
- Your bookings, favorites, ratings and reviews, and any photos or videos you uploaded.
- Your push-notification token and app activity associated with your account.
What data may be retained
- Records we are required to keep by law, or to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. Such records are retained only as long as necessary and are then deleted.
