Delete your account and data
This page explains how to request deletion of your Monasbati account and associated data. Monasbati is operated by NovaVantage Innovations.
How to request deletion
- Email us at support@monasbati.net from the email address associated with your account.
- Use the subject line “Delete my account” and include the name and phone number on your Monasbati account so we can verify your identity.
- We will verify your request and permanently delete your account, typically within 30 days.
What data is deleted
- Your profile information (name, email, phone number, city/region, gender, date of birth, and profile photo).
- Your bookings, favorites, ratings and reviews, and any photos or videos you uploaded.
- Your push-notification token and app activity associated with your account.
What data may be retained
- Records we are required to keep by law, or to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. Such records are retained only as long as necessary and are then deleted.

حذف حسابك وبياناتك
توضّح هذه الصفحة كيفية طلب حذف حسابك في «مناسباتي» والبيانات المرتبطة به. يُشغّل التطبيق شركة NovaVantage Innovations.
كيفية طلب الحذف
- راسِلنا على support@monasbati.net من البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بحسابك.
- اكتب في عنوان الرسالة «حذف حسابي» وأرفِق الاسم ورقم الهاتف المسجّلَين في حسابك للتحقق من هويتك.
- سنتحقق من طلبك ونحذف حسابك نهائياً، عادةً خلال 30 يوماً.
البيانات التي يتم حذفها
- معلومات ملفك الشخصي (الاسم، البريد، رقم الهاتف، المدينة/المنطقة، الجنس، تاريخ الميلاد، وصورة الملف).
- حجوزاتك، ومفضّلتك، وتقييماتك ومراجعاتك، وأي صور أو مقاطع فيديو رفعتها.
- رمز الإشعارات ونشاط التطبيق المرتبط بحسابك.
البيانات التي قد يتم الاحتفاظ بها
- السجلات التي يلزمنا الاحتفاظ بها قانونياً، أو لحل النزاعات ومنع الاحتيال وتطبيق شروطنا. ويُحتفظ بها فقط للمدة اللازمة ثم تُحذف.
